Introduction to installation method of gas wall mounted boiler:

1、 Installation

1. Installation must be carried out by companies with installation qualifications, and installation workers must undergo professional technical training. Installation must comply with relevant national standards

Attention: Before installation, confirm again that the type of gas used matches the nameplate identification of the machine

Before installation, confirm that the machine meets the requirements for heating area and that the system installation is reasonable

2、 Selection of installation location

1. This machine is a forced exhaust type It must be installed indoors At the same time, it should be noted that the outlet of the smoke pipe must lead to the outside, and the distance between the external port and the wall should not be less than 200mm

2. This machine is generally installed when there is gas Go up and down the water A place with convenient power supply and exhaust For example: balcony Kitchen, etc

3. There should be no combustibles above the installation location Electrical equipment Gas pipelines or exposed electrical wires

4. Do not install in rooms containing flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials

5. At least 300-500mm of space should be reserved on both sides and above the installation location for easy maintenance and upkeep

6. The installation location should be as close to the exterior wall as possible to reduce the length of the smoke pipe

7. The wall for installing the machine should be solid and able to withstand the required force of the water heater

8. The installation height of the machine is generally suitable for convenient user operation of the control panel

Even if the user specifies the installation location, it should still meet the above requirements

3、 Installation method

1. According to the relative position between the machine installation hole and the smoke pipe Determine the position of the smoke pipe passing through the wall Drill a hole with a diameter greater than 110mm at this location

2. Mark the position of the cigarette tube according to the machine size Determine the position of the machine's fixing bolts Then fix the expansion bolt in place After hanging the machine, tighten the nut After the machine is installed, it should be kept vertical and not tilted

3. Insert the smoke pipe into the wall hole in advance, fix the smoke pipe elbow on the machine, and then plug the straight pipe and elbow together Fix the screws securely

4. When installing horizontal smoke pipes, they should be tilted 3-5 degrees towards the outside to prevent it from happening; Condensed water and rainwater flow into the stream

5. The maximum length of the smoke pipe shall not exceed 2.5 meters [including one elbow]. If an elbow is added on this basis, the maximum length shall be reduced by 1 meter

6. The gap between the smoke pipe and the wall hole cannot be filled with cement for future maintenance

7. The smoke pipe should be installed firmly, and all connections should be connected properly without any air leakage The exhaust port of the smoke pipe should be unobstructed No blockage

4、 Installation of Heating and Sanitary Hot Water Systems

1. Valves must be installed at the inlet and outlet of heating and sanitary hot water to facilitate debugging and maintenance

2. A drain valve should be installed at the lowest point of the heating pipeline

3. The diameter of the circulation system pipe should not be less than G3/4 'to avoid increasing circulation resistance

4. Each group of radiators or underfloor heating should be connected in parallel and equipped with valves, which is beneficial for both system circulation and energy conservation

5. The heating system should try to avoid an n-type gantry structure to prevent gas blockage. If it cannot be opened, an automatic exhaust valve should be installed at the highest point

6. Thoroughly clean the inside of the pipeline before debugging to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine

5、 Installation of gas pipelines

1. The diameter of the gas pipe should not be too small to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine Generally, it should be G3/4“

The length of the rubber hose should not exceed 2 meters

After the installation of the gas pipeline, it is necessary to check for any leaks. If there are leaks, they cannot be repaired with oil or other materials, but components should be replaced until there are no leaks.
