It is important to install wall mounted boilers carefully

壁挂炉的效能能否有效发挥，安装也很重要。目前，厂家在安装壁挂炉的过程中存在诸多问题。 

Some manufacturers are accustomed to installing wall mounted boilers in excessively humid places, which can cause the electrical components on the boiler to become damp and frequently malfunction; Some manufacturers are accustomed to installing wall mounted boilers next to food cabinets in the kitchen. Due to frequent attacks from cockroaches and mice, wall mounted boilers may experience short circuits and shutdowns; Some manufacturers are accustomed to installing wall mounted boilers in cold and low-temperature places, which can reduce the thermal efficiency of wall mounted boilers. The specific installation requirements for wall mounted boilers are as follows:

1) Because gas wall mounted boilers are mandatory exhaust type, they must be installed indoors and in well ventilated buildings, excluding bathrooms and bedrooms.  

2) Sufficient space must be left around the main unit of the wall mounted boiler for installation and maintenance.

3) The installation height of the wall mounted boiler host is based on the observation hole for operators to observe the flame.

4) The horizontal net distance between the main unit of the wall mounted boiler and the gas meter, stove, and other electrical equipment shall not be less than 300 millimeters, and the distance from the ceiling shall be greater than 500 millimeters. There must be no combustible materials, electrical equipment, gas pipelines, power lines, or other equipment with safety hazards above and below the host.   

5) The wall mounted boiler host must be installed on a flat, vertical brick wall, brick concrete wall, or concrete wall that is perpendicular to the ground. The wall structure should bear the weight of the wall mounted boiler host and other auxiliary equipment.

6) If the wall mounted boiler host is installed on flammable insulation walls such as wooden walls or exterior walls, a fireproof insulation board with a thickness of less than 25 millimeters should be installed on the wall in advance.

7) Considering the convenience of connecting gas pipes, water pipes, and power sources, and meeting the selection requirements of wall mounted boilers, power sockets should be installed in appropriate positions around the main unit of the wall mounted boiler, and reliable grounding should be ensured.

8) Note that the outlet of the exhaust pipe must lead to the outside, and the distance between the end of the outdoor exhaust pipe and windows and other objects must be greater than 400 millimeters. Additionally, take into account factors such as winter climate and wind direction in the region.
